The Baherden Ceramic Factory, developed by Eziz Doganlar HJ, is Turkmenistan’s largest facility for producing finishing and construction ceramic products. It is also the first plant in the country to manufacture porcelain stoneware (keramogranit), setting a new standard for domestic high-performance materials. Eziz Doganlar HJ is developing a 20-hectare high-tech greenhouse complex dedicated to banana cultivation. This project is designed to ensure continuous production of tropical fruits under carefully regulated environmental conditions. Equipped with smart irrigation, climate control, LED lighting, and energy-saving systems, the greenhouse maintains optimal conditions for banana growth even in harsh desert surroundings

Eziz Doganlar HJ has implemented a large-scale infrastructure project to build six state-of-the-art refrigerated warehouses for long-term vegetable storage. These facilities are located across four regions of Turkmenistan — Ahal, Lebap, Mary, and Dashoguz — with a total storage capacity of 48,000 tons. Each warehouse is equipped with advanced climate control systems, automated monitoring, and energy-efficient cooling technologies
